Refund Policy
1. Booking Cancellations
You may cancel your storage unit reservation by contacting us at least 72 hours before the rental start date to receive a full refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:
– Reservation is canceled 72 hours or more before start time
– Duplicate payments or overcharges
– Our inability to provide the reserved unit due to an error or operational issue
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued for:
– Partial use of a rental term (e.g., early move-out)
– Late cancellations (less than 72 hours notice)
– Missed or forgotten reservations
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.
